The parts needed along with a Reese Weight Distribution System with sway control, are listed below.

A properly sized weight distribution shank like the Reese Weight Distributing Shank, 15,000 lbs., item # RP54970, and a properly sized hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank like the Hitch Ball with 2-5/16 inch Diameter and Medium Shank, 12,000 lbs GTW - Chrome, item # 19286.

For your trailer I would recommend the Reese Strait-Line Hitch 600 lbs TW / 12,000 lbs GTW, item # RP66072, which has the dual cam sway control included with the weight distribution system. This system offers pro active sway control that works to stop sway before it starts.

The Reese Weight Distribution System, item # RP66540, that you mentioned which has a tongue weight capacity between 200 and 600 pounds will work well with the tongue weight of your trailer but does not have the pro active sway control of the Dual cam system.

The thing that is of concern to me here, is that all of the hitches we have available for your 2010 Toyota Tacoma are rated for only 550 pounds of tongue weight capacity and 5,500 pounds of gross trailer weight. You will need to keep a close eye on the tongue weight of your trailer so you do not exceed the capacity of the hitch or your vehicle. You can check the hitch and vehicle capacities to make sure that you remain within the vehicle and hitch limits. The hitch capacities are usually listed on the hitch or in the vehicle owner manual. The vehicle towing capacities are also listed in the owner manual.
