Bike Rack Recommendation for a 1999 Volvo V70 to Carry Beach Cruisers

For your beach cruisers that have fenders I would recommend a platform bike rack that uses a frame mount since the fenders would interfere with wheel mounts.

The Swagman XTC2, part # S64670 is one of the most popular racks because it's so easy to use, and because the rack has an angled shank that would raise the bike rack up by three inches providing additional ground clearance. Because of that, this is the rack I'd recommend for you. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt, but a combination anti-rattle hitch lock/cable lock is available separately as part # S64031.

You will need a hitch installed on your 1999 Volvo V70 as well. For that you would want the part # 36262.

I like the all black bikes! Especially the flat black one with the white wall tires.
