Recommended Wireless Camera To Mount On Back Of Towed Trailer

Looking for a backup camera to mount on the back of my trailer, versus the back of my truck. Would prefer it to be wireless if video quality is good. Do you have a product for this application? Thxs

We have a couple styles of wireless cameras you may be interested in. If you have a smartphone or tablet that is an Android or OIS, I recommend the Rampage Wireless Backup Camera, part # RA7710.

This camera uses felt-covered magnets that will protect your vehicle paint and allow you to position the camera on the front, back, or wherever you want to use it. You just download the APP and you can use your phone or tablet to view what the camera is taking. The camera can be charged with the included USB charger that plugs into your vehicle 12V. The adapter also has a USB port that you can use to charge your phone. Using this camera system does not require Cellular service or radio frequency. This camera has a transmission distance of about 300-ft so it would be no problem being mounted on the back of the trailer. Another system we offer is the Swift Hitch Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor, part # 04928. This system also features night vision, and has a hand-held monitor. The camera uses a magnetic base with a rotating stem that lets you position the camera where you need it. This camera also has a transmission distance of about 300 ft.
