Platform Bike Rack to Fit 1-1/4 inch Hitch and Carry Two 35 lb Bikes
Question:
I need a rack for 2 bicycles which weigh about 35 pounds each. The 1 1/4inch hitch capacity is 150 pounds. Is this rack a good choice for my application? I need to rely on it for a 1200 mile trip on interstate and other good paved roads. It would also be used occasionally on the rear of my Honda Pilot.

The Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Rack # HR200Z that you referenced would be a great option for you as it will fit the Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch you have installed on your vehicle and has a 50 lb per bike capacity so it would have more than enough capacity.
This rack can also fit 2 inch hitches like what you would have on your Honda Pilot.
