Super Springs does offer a Medium Duty Front Suspension Helper # SSF-201-47. This also is a no drill application, that reduce front-end sag and help the existing springs support a load.

According to SuperSprings website the # SSC-23 are not a fit for you 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD.
