The correct Sidewinder wedge for your setup will depend on the fifth wheel hitch you install in the bed of your truck. They aren't trailer or pin box specific at all. The Sidewinder is pin box specific, but the wedge is designed for the fifth wheel hitch.
For a fifth wheel hitch the Reese part # RP30047 is a very popular hitch that would work well. The universal wedge that comes with the Sidewinder will work perfectly with this hitch.
For a fifth wheel rail kit you would want to go with a custom fit kit like the part # RP56001-53 which will minimize drilling and install time when compared to a universal kit.
