Recommended Ski and Snowboard Carrier that Will Carry At Least 3 Pairs of Skis or 3 Snowboards

I have a 2015 Subaru Outback with the deluxe factory roof rack system. I want a ski rack to attach to those stock bars. What do you offer? We want to carry mix of skis and snow boards. three snoboards or 3 pair skis.
