High Capacity Replacement Trailer Tire Recommendation for Trailer with Gross Weight Limit of 16.9k
Question:
I need to replace the tires on my 2015 5th Wheel RV. Current size is ST235/80R16 load range E. The Trailer has a Gross Weight limit of 16,900lbs and is 41foot 6inch long. It is also only a dual axial.

For your trailer that has 16 inch wheels on it the best tire recommendation I can make is the Provider ST235/85-16 part # TTWPRG235R16 that will give you a total of 17,600 lbs of tire capacity when used on a dual axle trailer. This is the highest capacity 16 inch tire we offer so you would not be limited by the tire capacity since the overall trailer capacity is 16,900 lbs.
It is important that you keep this tire inflated to it's max psi rating of 110 psi so that you get it's full capacity.
