Depending on which Westin Brush Guard you have will determine which replacement hardware kit you will need. I have attached our brush guards that fit your 1999 Tahoe for your convenience.
If you have the Westin # 40-0085 or # 45-0080 the right kit for you is # 40-008PK. It is important to note that all brush guards are not universal but custom to each vehicle, this hardware kit will only work if the guard part number matches what is listed in our fit guide which I've also linked for you.
