Expert Reply:
There are a few anti-sway bar options for motor homes built on the 2016 Ford F-53 Chassis.
For the rear on your motor home I recommend anti-sway bar # RM-1139-149 which is for models rated for 24,000 pounds gross vehicle weight. For this model, check to ensure there is enough factory u-bolt available to accommodate the factory nut, washer and 1/2" plate. If the u-bolts are not long enough, the # RM-590050-00 u-bolt replacement kit is needed; sold separately.
If your motor home has the Dana 150 rear axle then I recommend # RM-1139-145. Please note it will only fit if the shock mounts are parallel to the ground and have two holes in them.
For the front I recommend # RM-1139-148.
