The chains that will fit your Golf will depend on what size tire you have. Three of the most common sizes for this vehicle are the 195/65-15, 225/40-18, and the 225/45-17.

I would highly recommend the Thule Self Tensioning Snow Chains # TH04115080 for the 195/65-15, the # TH04115097 for the 225/40-18 or # TH04115095 for the 225/45-17, because of the super easy mounting and removal process.
