Recommended 4-Bike Carrier For 2015 Chevrolet Equinox With 1-1/4 Inch Class ll Trailer Hitch

I need a four-bike carrier for a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox with a 1 1/4inch Class II receiver hitch. What is the best solution?

The bike rack I recommend for your 2015 Equinox with the Class ll hitch is the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR.
This bike rack features dual arms with HoldFast cradles that hold the bikes by the frames at 3 points. The carrier also tilts when empty to allow rear cargo access.

If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance.
