Is Drilling Required for Mounting the # 24594 Class I Sportframe Trailer Hitch on a Volkswagen Jetta

Does this hitch bolt up to the factory holes in my Jettas frame? I guess what Im asking is: Is this a purely bolt on hitch or do I have to make mounting holes in my Jetta? Thank you!

The Draw-Tite Class I Sportframe Trailer Hitch, item # 24594, does not bolt up to existing holes in the Jetta frame. Four, 1/2 inch, holes need to be drilled into the inboard side of each frame rail.
If you would like to provide me with the year make and model of your Jetta I would be glad to see if there is a bolt on installation available for your vehicle. From the hitch you selected, there are no hitches available, for the model years this hitch fits, that do not require drilling for installation.
