Thule K-Summit Tire Chain Recommendation for a 245/45-18 Size Tire

will these fit my tire size 245/45-18, I have an AWD drive vehicle too, will I need them on all 4 wheels?

Yes, the Thule K-Summit Tire Chains part # TH02230K44 that you referenced will fit the tire size 245/45-18 that you have and that you sent in a picture of.

These chains are great because they don't drape over the inside corner of the tire so they do not require any amount of inner tire clearance and they don't touch the rim so you don't have to worry about them damaging the nice finish of your wheels.

For an all wheel drive vehicle ideally you would put chains on all four wheels as that would maximize traction for acceleration, braking and turning. But if only one set available you will need to install them on the main drive wheels. Some AWD send most of the power to the rear wheels and others to the front ones. You would need to determine which axle is the main drive wheel.
