Trailer Spare Tire Carrier That Fits 5-on-4-3/4-Inch Wheel Bolt Pattern
Question:
Which spare tire carrier for a trailer will accommodate a 5 on 4 3/4inch bolt pattern?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Your 5-on-4-3/4-inch wheel bolt pattern is fairly uncommon these days and most of our trailer-mount spare tire carriers do not work with this pattern. None of the CE Smith carriers will work but my contact at Ultra-Fab said that their # UF15-954730 bumper-mount carrier WILL work with your
5-on-4-3/4-inch wheels. Since this unit uses a rectangular plate to secure the wheel at the pilot hole the fit is not super-sensitive to the slight difference in hole spacing between a 5-on-4-1/2 wheel and your 5-on-4-3/4-inch wheels.
