Troubleshooting Superchips Flashpaq 3872 on 2011 Jeep Wrangler with Error Code G-0D
Question:
Hi There I am using the 3872 FlashPaq for Jeep on my Wrangler JK 2011. It has been working pretty well, until today when I attempted to tune my vehicle from Stock to Milage XS, but during the process an error message popped out requesting I get in touch with you referencing this Code #G-0D. Please can you advise what that means and how we can remedy the problem. Thanks

I spoke with my contact at Superchips about the error code from your 3872 Flashpaq. He said essentially the error is resulting from a communication error between the vehicle and the device, resulting in the vehicle and device not being able to identify each other.
To resolve this problem, with the FlashPag connected, from the main menu you will want to go to the Additional Features menu. Then select Identify Vehicle. The device will provide information about the vehicle, and with each screen you will want to select OK. Once it has gone through the information screens it will take you back to the Identify Vehicle screen. You will then want to press the left arrow to return the main menu.
This should clear up the communication issues between the vehicle and device and allow you to tune the vehicle.
If this does not resolve your error code, please let me know and we can look into further troubleshooting steps.
