The Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack # S64670 works on all 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches and will fit just fine on your Equinox. This rack provides generous clearance from its hitch pin hole - 8-inches to the wheel hoop and 15-inches to the upright bar - so there will be a good amount of space for your bikes. And thanks for the photo of the hitch on your 2010 Chevrolet Equinox.
If you'd like to add a lock to secure the rack you can use part # S64029, or if you want to lock the rack and your bikes too, then instead use part # S64031.
