Does Trailer Hitch Receiver Step with LED Lights, # CR-600LED Have Turn Signal And Brake Functions

I have a 4 prong male connector attached to the bumper. Is there an adaptor or other connection I can make to have the lighted bumper step connect to my brake, tail lights and signals?

I went outside and tested the Round Tube Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Step with LED Lights, # CR-600LED. It does have turn signal functions (the whole strip blinks when either turn signal is engaged), brake signal functions, and running light functions, so no adapter is needed.
