Will a Throttle Body Spacer Give a Modern Hemi Engine More Power and Mileage

What can I expect to get mpgs torque and hp by using the throttle body spacer on my 2012 ram 1500 with the 5.7l hemi?

For some vehicles the throttle body spacers do not provide much of an increase, but for the 5.7 liter Hemi engines in the new Dodge vehicles every review I have found listed a noticeable increase in power and fuel mileage gains between .5 and 2 miles per gallon.
The mileage will depend largely on driving habits but horsepower and torque would realistically be around 5 more for both.
