I purchased the PS49582 for a current trailer I have.Now I am looking to buy a travel trailer with a higher than 750lb TW. Can this system be used with some type of different parts available to bring it up to meet a higher TW

Yes, you can replace the springs bars of your # PS49582 with the part # PS58441 and you will have upgraded the system to a 1,000 lb tongue weight WD system.
