Thule lists a maximum speed limit for their tire chains of 50 kph, which is about 30 mph, which is about as fast as you'll want to go if the road conditions warrant the use of snow chains.

Before purchasing or using tire chains, be sure to consult your owner's manual and follow any advice about tire chain usage. It's a good idea to do a 'dry run' and practice installing the chains. Familiarizing yourself with the installation procedure while in your driveway or in your garage would be much easier than on the side of the road.
