I am looking to add a roof rack to my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with the plastic side rails, what are my options. I am looking for something sleek/slim that looks stock. Thanks!

You would want the Thule Aeroblade Edge Roof Rack part # TH7602-TH7602 and # THKIT3142.
This rack has been confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with flush side rails and since it has flush mounted bars that do not extend past the feet of the rack it would give you the factory look you desire.
