The Curt Bumper Hitch, part # E-3S, is made to attach to a truck step bumper. It is a universal fit design so it is not listed for a specific vehicle. The mounting holes are 8-1/2 inches center to center between the holes.

If your 2013 Toyota Tacoma has a step bumper and has mounting holes with the 8-1/2 inch dimension then it will bolt to your bumper. If you do not have holes that will line up with the hitch then you can still use the hitch but you would have to drill new holes. I am including a picture that will show the measurements for the Curt hitch.

A much better option would be a frame mounted hitch designed to fit your vehicle. For that you would want the Draw Tite hitch part # 75236. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
