Can a use a tow dolly for a 1999 honda crv from California to oregon

If your 1999 Honda CR-V is front wheel drive you would have no problem using a tow dolly like the part # RM-2050-1 to flat tow it. If it is all-wheel drive you would first need to consult the owners manual or check with a Honda dealer to see if that is possible.
