The Swagman locking Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin, part # S64027 is designed to fit Swagman bike racks that only fit 2 inch receiver openings, and will not work for the XTC-2, part # S64670.
The correct locking hitch pin for your bike rack is part # S64029. This will work with bike racks that fit 1-1/4 or 1-1/4 and 2 inch racks.
