We do offer several systems that have varied prices that will work to be able to tow your 2003 Wrangler. I will make the least expensive recommendations I can for you.

First, I recommend the Roadmaster Base Plates, part # RM-521424-4. These base plates attach to the frame of your Wrangler and have a hidden bracket design that allows you to remove the drawbar with 2 pins.

The tow bar I recommend is the Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7365, which comes with safety cables. In order to be able to use this tow bar with the RM-521424-4, you will need the Roadmaster Base Plate To Blue Ox Adapter Bar, part # RM-033. Since the RM-521424-4 base plates are the EZ, you will also need the tow bar quick disconnect kit, part # RM-201.

The supplemental brake system I recommend is the SMI Stay-In-Play DUO, part # SM88251. This is a proportional brake system that features an inertia sensor that detects deceleration in the motorhome and signals the system to activate the brake pedal.

The last item you will need to safely tow your Jeep is lighting for the Wrangler. The best tow bar lighting solution I recommend is the Hopkins kit part # HM56202 that has been confirmed as a fit for your 2003 Jeep Wrangler. This kit was custom made to fit your vehicle and will not require any hardwiring or drilling of the light assemblies to install.

Depending on the trailer connector you have on the back of your towing vehicle, you will want to make sure the connector for the lighting will match. If you have a 7-way connector on your motorhome I recommend part # PK12716.

Last, you want the tow bar to be as level as possible. If you find your system is not level, you can check out the attached link to the high-low adapters we offer. I have also attached a couple helpful articles that explains flat-towing you can take a look at.
