Troubleshooting Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller that Shows Blank Screen with Red and Blue Back Light
Question:
The screen is blank blue if push any of the buttons the screen goes blank red. Ive checks all the wires and they seem to be alright. Any ideas

I have spoken with one of my friends at Tekonsha, who tells me that he has heard of this problem from time to time.
Your controller needs to be reset. To do this, simply unplug the wiring harness from the rear of the unit (while the trailer is NOT connected) and wait 10 or more seconds. Then plug the unit back in. This should return the unit to normal operation.
