You are correct, Curt Q20 5th wheel trailer hitch # C16530-16021 comes with the head and the base to install directly into the bed of your 2015 Ram 3500 with the factory prep package. No other parts are needed! I have included a link to a video review of this hitch for you.

There are several other hitches that will also install directly. You can use the B&W 25K hitch # BWRVK3600, the Curt 24K hitch, # C16545-16021, the Reese 20K hitch, # RP30918, and Curt 18K hitch # C16520-16021. I have linked videos for all of these hitches as well.

I personally like the Curt hitches because they are cushioned for a better ride but the B&W has the better overall warranty and most front to back adjustability.
