Good news, I do have a great replacement hitch pin for the Hollywood Traveler Rack # HR8500.
Hollywood Rack offers an anti-rattle and cable lock combo # HRLHPTC. This will allow you to lock your rack to the vehicle and your bikes to the rack for added security. Plus both locks are keyed alike for easy removal.
