Hello, i have a 2007 Tundra P275/65R18 tires and was looking at the below chains to be used on the road. Glacier Twist-Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners for Wide-Base Tires - 1 Pair Glacier Tire Chains Code: PWH3227SC Question, How fast can you go with these chains on the road with damaging anything? Is PWH3227SC the correct pair for my tires and application? Thank you for your time in advanced.

The DISCONTINUED PWH3227SC tire chains are not designed for the tires you have on your Tundra but we do have the tire chains that will work well for you. For your 275/65-18 sized tires I recommend part # PWH2228SC for your tires. These are the same as the chains you referenced but are designed to fit your 18 inch tires.

You will want to check your vehicle owners manual for information on the use of chains, and to check if there are any restrictions for their use. A safe driving speed when you have chains on your tires is between 25 and 35. When you install the chains it is always a good idea to drive a very short distance and then check the chains again to make sure they are secure and installed properly. I have attached a link to a helpful article on chains you can check out.
