Question:
I have a honda accord 2012, v6 3500cc what hitch can be installed, and what is the maximum towing capacity I checked for honda accord , it was 1.25inch 2000 lb, but I think that is for the 4 cylinder , can the v6 accommodate a bigger one ?

For your 2012 Honda Accord the Curt Hitch # C11496 would be a great choice. This hitch has the capacities of 2,000 lb total trailer weight and 200 lbs tongue weight.
When determining the towing capacity of a vehicle the lowest rated component will be the actual towing capacity since a setup is only as strong as it's weakest part. You will need to check the towing capacity for your vehicle in the owners manual and you will need to go with the lower capacity between the hitch and the vehicle.
Some Items you may want to consider to complete your towing setup are listed below.
Wiring Harness, item # 118420
Ball Mount, item # 3593
Ball 1-7/8 inch, item # 19256
Balls 2 inch item # 19258
