Are there More Accessories Available for a Class II Hitch than a Class I Hitch
Question:
My 2005 camry has a 2000 lb towing capacity. All of the class 1 hitches I have seen have up to a 2000lb towing capacity as well, and are cheaper than a class 2 hitch. If I purchase a class 1 hitch, am I ruling out towing trailers such as the easyline you sell? Am I ruling out using a large majority of cargo carriers or bike racks which is mostly what I am going to use it for that seem to want 2 openings? In other words, are most accessories going to want a class 2 hitch? Thanks

You are correct, there are less accessories available for Class I hitches than there are for Class II hitches. If you have already seen some Class II accessories you like, I would go ahead and purchase the Class II hitch for your 2005 Camry.
You will still be limited to the towing and tongue weight capacities of the Camry since they are lower than the typical 350/3500 pound rating of a Class II. In fact, all of the aftermarket hitches we have available for your 2005 Camry are Class II. I have added a link to them below. Again, just make sure you abide by the weight capacity of the vehicle.
