Recommended Glacier Mud Service Snow Tire Chains That Fit 255/74/R17 Tires On 2012 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I have 2012 Jeep Wrangler 2 door to which I have fitted circa 2015 wrangler Rubicon 17 inch wheels with Goodyear Duratrac size 255/75/R17 tires. Will Pewag All Square Tire Chains model PWE3227SC fit? And also is the PW99 Rubber Adjuster a suitable match or there something better? Im looking for rig that will best work also off-road when necessary. Thanks.

The Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners for Wide-Base Tires - 1 Pair
# PWE3227SC you mentioned will work great with the tires you said you have on your 2012 Wrangler. These heavy-duty chains are designed to work well in snow, ice, and mud and also for off-road use.
The Glacier Rubber Adjusters, part # PW99 or # PW105 are not required for these chains because they have the cam tensioners integrated. If you will use them regularly then you instead may want the # PWE2439S chains which will require the tensioners and I recommend # PW105.
You will want to check the owner's manual for your Wrangler to see if they require a specific type chain.
I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
