Availability of Brake Controller that Install Between Trailer and Vehicle 7-Way

Question:

Hello, I am looking for a brake controller that plugs in between the trailer harness and the 7 way connector on my pickup. I was told today that there is such an item, but I have not been able to find it. I have always had good luck with etrailer, so I figured that I would ask you guys. Thanks,

Sounds like you are looking for the Prodigy RF Brake Controller part # TK94FR. This controller actually installs on the trailer and plugs in between the 7-way on the vehicle and the 7-way on the trailer. There will be a remote that mounts on the interior of your vehicle once installed.
