Roof Mounted Bike Tire Carrier when Using a Fork Mount Bike Carrier

do we have to buy special mount for wheel as well?

You could stow the front wheel of your bike inside the vehicle when using the Thule FastRide bike carrier # TH95JV. While there are tire carriers such as # TH98BV they are designed for quick release wheels from 24" to 29". If it were me I would place the tire in the trunk of the vehicle.
