I called my contact at Trailair and they told me that it can sometimes take 2 hours before a customer notices the air leaks in a system like part # UF35-946215. There are a couple things you can do to locate the problem.
The first thing you can do is remove the air valve on the top of the unit and make sure it is clean and free of any dirt or corrosion. Then use some plumbers tape on the threads to make sure when it is installed it is air tight. If the system still leaks air, you can take some soapy water and spray it on the air bag to see if you can locate any holes in the bag itself. If you find there is a leak in the bag it will need to be replaced.
