White Plastic Trailer Fenders with Side Steps for a 1995 Bayliner Capri with Escort Trailer
Question:
Hello, I own a 1995 Bayliner Capri model 1954 with an escort trailer. I want to replace the fenders with a plastic fender in white with a backing. The current step plates are steel with the lights attached. I prefer to leave them in place. The distance between them is approximately 31 1/2inch wide. x 16inch tall. The current fenders in my opinion are to tall. They stick up about 3inch above the top of the tire. Any suggestions ?

The Fulton plastic trailer fenders # PF11X35W-2 are 13 inches tall so that would be 3 inches shorter than your 16 inch tall fenders. The only issue though is that you have to have enough room above the tires for the travel of the suspension when under load. It could be that you need that much space though suspension usually does not travel that much.
When mounting the new fenders just be aware that there will be times when the tires are closer to the fenders.
The Fulton fenders are designed for use on trailer with 13 to 15 inch wheels. They are 45 inches long, 11-5/16 inches wide, and 13 inches tall overall.

I have a 96 Bayliner Capri trailer that I want to replace the fenders. It has 15" tires The stock fenders have an angle on the inside that has wood attached, to prevent the boat from hitting the fender. I have not been able to find pictures of this type fender. Do you have them?
