Timbren Axle Less System and Hub with 5 on 5 inch Bolt Pattern Recommendation

Question:

Hello, i am looking to get a set of Timbren Axel-less suspension for my expedition trailer build. I was wondering what the best setup would be and if they are customize-able. It is a M-416 trailer and will be towed behind a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with a 2.5 inch lift. Are the hubs available in a 5X5 bolt pattern? And what version do you think would best fit my application. Thanks so much for your help.

First thing you will need to know to determine the correct Timbren system will be the total axle capacity you would need for your trailer. We have ones that range from 1,200 lbs up to 7,000 lbs.

We don't have a ton of hubs with a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern, but if you went with a 3,500 lb Timbren system like part # ASR3500S06 you could use the part # 84556UC3 for a hub/drum or part # 84550BX for just a hub.

The # ASR3500S06 has a 4 inch lift built into it so it would be great for an offroad trailer.
