Do 5 Bikes Actually Fit on the Swagman XP 5 Bike Rack

Question:

I have yet to see a photo anywhere on the web of 5 bikes on this rack. Can it actually hold 5? Is it longer than the 4 bike rack or are they the same size and they simply throw in a 5th cradle?

Yes, the Swagman XP 5 Bike Folding Rack, item # S64970, will accommodate 5 bikes. That being said you will have to alternate the bikes on the rack and find the correct combination that will work for your 5 particular bikes. Not all 5 bike combination are going to work due to design differences in the bike frames, handlebars, seats, pedals and wheels and tires.

The length of the arm that supports the bikes on the 5 bike version is longer at 28-1/4 inches long. On the 4 bike version, item # S64960, the arm is 22-1/2 inches long.
