Trunk Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2014 Toyota RAV4
Question:
I have a 2014 Toyota Rav 4. With the spoiler. I am interested of the Thule a good choice. I am only transporting one bike. Also are you able to use the cargo area, I mean can you lift the hatch with the bike rack in place or does it constantly have to be removed? Also for such little transport is the attachment bar really necessary for the womans bike ?

For your 2014 Toyota RAV4 the Thule Passage # TH910XT has been confirmed as fits. I would go with the Thule. I attached a review video for this rack to see how it works.
If you plan on carrying any women's or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes, you may also be interested in purchasing a Swagman Easy-Out Women's and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter # 64005 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
