Way To Raise Trailer Suspension When Axles are Under Leaf Springs
Question:
I am thinking about putting this kit on a two 5th wheel. My axles are under the leaf springs now. How will the kit raise the trailer? It there a video explaining this. I have a Ram 3500 4x4 and Dodge 2500. I can not lower the 5th wheel hitches any further. Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

If your axles are currently under the leaf springs then an over-under kit would not be the correct product to use as it would not actually raise your trailer. It would lower it.
If you cannot use an over/under conversion kit then the only other way to raise the height of the trailer is to have the old suspension hangers cut off and new, taller ones welded on by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the hanger main page for you.
You can also try raising the pin box of your trailer to adjust the height as well if you haven't already. There are typically several height adjustments you can go with on the pin boxes. Raising the pin box on the trailer will allow the trailer to sit with the nose lower.
