Without the key or the key number you will need to remove the locks that are on your Diversi-Tech ball mount and replace them with Diversi-Tech 2-Pack Re-Keying Kit, # DTLBM02RK. This kit will have 2 keyed-alike lock cylinders with 4 keys and lock covers. It will also include 2 set screws and an allen wrench.
On the Diversi-Tech ball mount there will be a set screw that is located under the warning label on top of the hitch. If you lift up the warning label there will be a hole with a set screw in it. You will need to put some air tool oil in the hole and let set for awhile. This will help breakup the threadlock that secures the set screw in the ball mount.
Then, you should be able to remove the set screw and install the new set screws and replacement locks. You might want to put a very small amount of some Loctite Blue Threadlocker, # LT37643, on the new set screw threads when installing in your ball mount.
