Hanger and Bolt Recommendation for 1-3/4 inch Trailer Leaf Springs
Question:
I May have misquote width on previous inquiry ? 4 hangers @2 inch wide 3inch long needing 8 bolts and bushings ALSO need 4 u-bolts . Sorry for the confusion.

It sounds like you are looking for a hanger like part # 28-5 as it would be for a 1-3/4 inch spring like it sounds like you have and has a height from the top of the hanger down to the center of the hanger of 3-1/4 inches.
For bolts you would want the # 126B2. The U-bolts will depend on the size of axles you have. I attached a link to a page that has all of the u-bolts we carry. You will need to select your axle diameter from the filters to see what we carry that would work.
