Can the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Be Used on a Cyclone Toy Hauler that Weighs 18k
Question:
I have a cyclone 3950 toy hauler, 18,000 GVW, is this system sufficient? Also is it possible to lift the tires on one side with manual operation in case of tire failure or brake servicing?

The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 part # LC358590 that you referenced is designed for trailers that are up to 20,000 lbs so it would work just fine with your 18,000 lb trailer.
Lippert does not recommend you use the Ground Control 3.0 for lifting a trailer up to change spares although we have read online where people have said they have done it without issue. It will void the warranty of the system and in most case you wouldn't get enough lift since these jacks are designed for leveling and not lifting.
The # EZ-JACK makes lifting a tandem axle trailer easy as all you have to do is drive the good tire up on it to lift the trailer enough to change out the bad wheel's tire.
