Fitting Recommendations for Holding Tank on RV for Easy Connection

What end pieces do I need to fit in the300 gal holding tank from Nelsons ??

I was trying to find the 300 gallon holding tank you referenced online, but I wasn't able to find a specific one that I confidently knew was the one you were talking about.
Most tanks have either bayonet fittings or lug fittings. The bayonet fitting will latch on to the lug fitting like what the # CAM39543 that you referenced is designed to do. Most fittings on tanks are removable too, so this setup should work on your tanks.
