Tube Thickness and Extended/Retracted Height for the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler # BD0289800300
Question:
What is the thickness of the tubing used in this part? So it says in the instructions it can only be pulled out 8inch from all the way retracted. But when its pulled out 8inch its 40inch from top of outside tube to bottom of ball coupler?

I went out into our warehouse and grabbed a Bulldog Coupler part # BD0289800300 to measure and found that the outer tube is .2 inches thick and the inner tube is .3 inches thick.
The height range for this coupler is 8 inches. When retracted all the way it is 32 inches tall and when extended it is 40 inches.
