The 2 piece kit is just the front driver and front passenger doors. It is designed for the 1991-2003 Ford Explorer Sport, the 2 door model, so it does not include any visors for the rear doors. Since yours is a 4-door, you need part # WT80033 for the front doors on a 4 door model. If you want all 4 doors, you would use part # WT82033.
There is not any tape on this model for the front doors. It is designed to fit into the door frame. They can be removed if you go to sell the vehicle or want to remove them. Frequent removal and install can lead to stress cracks in the visors, especially in cold weather. You should leave them in when you go to a car wash, just make sure your windows are up all the way.
