2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid Battery Draining Quickly When Flat-Towing

Question:

Im towing a 2016 Ford Fusion hybrid Another retailer installed the Invisibrake on my car they didnt connect the vacuum line and used aux. brake lights . Everything ok, but now my battery is going dead after about 1 hour of towing the vehicle I have the headlights on in the RV to help charge the battery on the car but the car is completely dead , I have to jump start the car to start it . Do I need a extra charging wire to the battery with a 20 amp fuse or how can I charge it through my plug wiring ? 2005 Fleetwood providence and 2016 Ford Fusion hybrid

Per the attached diagram, the InvisiBrake System, part # RM-8700 is attached to the Fusion battery.

I checked the owner's manual for your Fusion and it states that the key should be positioned between the off and the accessory mode. I have attached a drawing with an arrow that indicates where the key should be positioned when towing. If the key is left in the accessory position it will drain the battery.
