On the Carpod cargo carrier # M2200-01-02 it measures 4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the carrier. This means that on your 2015 Ford F-250 the measurement from the center of the front mount hitch pin hole out to clear the front of the truck must be less than 4 inches. If it is then you can use the carrier.

However please note that carrying something in the front of the vehicle will reduce driver visibility, can potentially block the front lights, and restrict airflow to the motor.
