Recommendation for Carrying Two 10 Foot Kayaks on 2006 Toyota Highlander w/ Factory Roof Rack

Which Thule roof carrier for two 10 foot kyaks for a 2006 Toyota Highlander already have factory roof rack and cross bars Do I need to purchase two carriers or does Thule make asset that will handle two kyaks? Thank you

Thule does indeed offer a kayak carrier that can handle more than one kayak. You'd want their Stacker, part # TH830, which can carry up to 4 kayaks that are up to 10 feet long. Thule confirms that the Stacker is compatible with your factory roof rack.

The Stacker includes bow/stern tie downs, and one set of straps to secure one kayak to the carrier, but you'd want an additional set of straps. I highly recommend the etrailer tie down kit # e36ZR. They come with extra straps and soft foam anchors that can be shut in the hood and rear hatch, providing a convenient place to attach the tie downs without risking the metal hooks scratching the paint.
